My custom pet portraits
Are you interested in one of my custom pet portraits? Amazing! I would love to do one for you. As a pet and animal lover myself I know what it is like to love an animal so much that you want to have them immortalised and honoured with a unique portrait. I have been making these portraits for a few years now and I can honestly say it has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my life.
What do you get with a custom pet portrait by me?
My pet portraits are hand painted by me with a paint called "Acryla Gouache" on natural slices of wood. All of the slices of wood that I use are unique, never 100% round and can vary a cm or two in diameter. If my current stock of woodslices varies more in size I will discuss a different price with you.
You have the option between choosing a simple coloured background or a floral, botanical background.

What does it cost?
The following prices are for a single animal on one slice of wood:

Plain color background: S: €220 M: €370 L: €570 |
Floral background:
S: €270 M: €470 L: €700 |
For additional animals on one slice of wood, it will be +€50 for the medium size and +€80 for the largest size.
These prices are including VAT of 9% (art) and excluding the postage to its destination. I will ONLY ship your portrait out with a track and trace and insured seeing these are precious, one of a kind objects.
If you are located in the USA or other countries outside of the EU, please be aware of possible import tax that will fall on you as a customer.
How does it work?
I work with weekly time slots. Once you contact me I will offer you a certain week when I can start your project. During that week I will send you a rough digital sketch where you will able to see your design and the color palette.
This is what you can expect of a "rough sketch" compared to the final product. The customer wanted to show more of their paws so in the end I choose a different slice of wood that fit the composition better.
This is the point where you can offer feedback or change things. Once we agree on the design I will first send you your invoice. After payment your painting will be completed in 2 weeks to a month.
